ARTICLE 6 – Order Confirmation

ARTICLE 7 – Proof

The records stored in computer systems at United Sins or its subcontractors, under conditions of reasonable safety will be considered proof of communications, orders and payments between the Parties.
The filing of the Purchase Order, order confirmations and invoices is made on a reliable and durable can be produced as evidence.

ARTICLE 8 – Deadline for withdrawal

The consumer has a period of seven days to withdraw without any reasons or incurring penalties except for cost of shipping the product to the receipt of purchase.
Failing compliance of the merchant's obligation to confirmation by electronic mail (e-mail), the withdrawal period is extended to three months.
If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, the United Sins company undertakes to repay the money paid, without cost within a maximum period of 30 days.
Consumers can also choose a replacement product.

ARTICLE 9 – Delivery
