Terms Of Returns
All purchases are covered by a warranty exchange or refund within 7 days from the date of shipment of your package. If an item does not suit you or if you received a defective item we ask that you contact sav@united-sins.com describing the reason for return and your wish: to exchange or refund. Then, simply return the purchase to the address below not forgetting your name, address and order number.
We will refund the cost with ease of processing and send you a replacement at no additional charge, or give you a full refund. You are responsible for the article (s) until we (s) receive. For your safety we recommend you use a secure means of transmission, which requires a signature. We are not resonsables returns lost in mail.
Products must be returned in their original condition with packaging and labeling. If these conditions are not met we reserve the right to refuse returns.
